Use our Online facility

This method is secure, free of charge and available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Most major Credit and Debit Cards are accepted (not Diners Card or American Express). 

Telephone Payments 

If you have a Debit or Credit Card you can also call 08702 406650 and make a payment via Southend-on-Sea Borough Councils 24 hour automated payment service. To do this you will need your Rent Account Payment Reference Number and your Debit or Credit Card Details.

If you get into difficulty paying your rent, it is important to contact your Estate Officer at your local Area Housing Office straight away.
