Public toilets: Outline
All public toilets are cleaned regularly, and most are cleaned on a daily basis. Wherever possible provision for the disabled, and facilities for baby changing are provided. Not all public toilets are open 24 hours a day. Some are secured at night to avoid being vandalized.
