Dial-a-Ride
South East Essex Dial-a-Ride provides a door-to-door transport service for people with a permanent or long-term disability or health problem who are unable to use conventional public transport. It can be used for all sorts of journeys, such as shopping, visiting friends, and attending meetings or appointments. The service operates for people of all ages.
To use Dial-a-Ride, you need to be registered as a member, which is easy to do - simply download a form from our website or contact us directly.
Comfort and Safety
Dial-a-Ride provides a modern fleet of vehicles with easy entry and exit by passenger lift or a low step. The Dial-a-Ride staff team are trained to a high standard and will make sure your needs are met, whatever your level of mobility. Our vehicles are well equipped and you can feel comfortable in the knowledge that you will be provided with the safest possible journey.
