Vandalism - graffiti - reporting and removal: Outline
Graffiti is an act of criminal damage which not only affects the property it defaces, but has a detrimental effect on the surrounding neighbourhood.
It is best to remove graffiti as quickly as possible. This sends out the message that it is a waste of time to even put it there, because it will be removed immediately. It also discourages other people putting their mark there as well.
The Council offers a free service for removal of Graffiti. To report a graffiti incident, contact us on 215006 or complete our on-line form.
