Roads - vehicle access - kerbs: Outline
A Vehicular Crossing is when the owner or occupier of a premises, which is next to the public highway maintained by the Council, wishes to take a motor vehicle from the road onto the premises. This is possible only if it is safe to do so and the highway surface (footway or verge) is strong enough to support a vehicle. There must be no damage to the highway.
