Southend-on-Sea Borough Council in conjunction with its housing service provider, South Essex Homes, offers an affordable home contents insurance scheme for its tenants. Many have already taken advantage of this scheme and you can get more information on how it operates from the Central Area Housing Office or South Essex Homes.
