Licence - Massage, Skin Piercing & Tattoo Parlours: Outline
The Premises and the Person will require a licence for the following treatments that are administered to members of the public:
- Massage or chiropody
- Electric treatment, radiant heat, light or electric vapour treatment or sauna or other baths for therapeutic treatments or
- Similar treatment
Applicants must be 21 years old and two passport size photographs of all persons involved in the treatments must be submitted with the applications.
A Police check will be made on the applicants who are involved. The proposed premise will also receive a visit from Environmental Health.
