Council services
Older People Services: Outline
We provide a range of services for people aged 65 and over. Specialist teams arrange support to help people retain their independence and quality of life.
Services include; home care, meals on wheels, day care, equipment and residential care. Some services are provided by private organisations.
People referred to social services will be assessed to find out which services they are eligible for. There may be a charge for some services.
