DigiTV Southend: Outline
Getting in touch with the Council has never been easier and can even be done from the comfort of your armchair thanks to a new, interactive service!
The new free DigiTV service means residents with digital interactive television packages such as Sky, Virgin Media (including Telewest and NTL) will be able to access services 24 hours a day, seven days a week via their remote control.
The "Looking Local" Service
Our site is part of the "Looking Local" service available through Sky and Virgin Media. Through this new service residents can report graffiti, flytipping, missed bin collections, abandoned vehicles and street light problems.
Residents can also find out about their local area by accessing the Where I Live feature, including waste collection days, catchment schools, their local Councillor and more.
