Donated Seats, Trees and Shrubs: Outline
Donated Trees
Donating a tree is a great way to improve the environment as well as commemorating a loved one. Donated trees can be in planted in many of the town's parks and open spaces and also in some areas along the highway.
Donated Shrubs
Shrubs with a plaque are supplied by Parks Technical Department, Adult and Community Services (Culture) in our public parks and open spaces.
Donated Seats
Donating a seat is a special way to commemorate a person or event in Southend. A number of parks of Southend have room for donated seats, which are supplied with a plaque.
Donated Seats on the Pier
Donated seats with a plaque can be placed on Southend Pier, either on the Pier itself, or on the new Sundeck.
