Council services

Adult social care services are for people aged 18 and over needing help and support with daily living, for example, washing, dressing and taking part in community activities.  We also provide help and support for adults who are carers.

Emergency numbers (outside of office hours)

The Emergency Duty Team provides an emergency service for adults in Southend out side of normal office hours.   

We do not provide the full range of services available during the day.  If your situation is not an emergency or you have a general query, please phone during office hours.
