Outlook is the residents' magazine for Southend-on-Sea, produced by the Council and distributed to every household in the Borough four times a year. The latest edition is available to download from our website.
The magazine is full of the latest Council news and initiatives, as well as a guide to many amazing events taking place across the Borough. The magazine also includes details of all our local councillors and how to get in touch with them.
