Planning - building and landscape design services: Outline
We have extensive local knowledge of the varied ground conditions in the Borough and first hand knowledge of existing building construction. Our professionally qualified and experienced team is here to:
- Help you design and construct to the statutory requirements. You should get in touch with us at the first stage of design so that areas of concern can be rectified.
- Provide a fast and effective plan checking service.
They are also responsible for the day to day maintenance and repairs of the Councils public buildings.
Electrical & Mechanical Building Services
The Property Services Division provides an in-house design service to client departments within the authority as well as providing an extended service to schools. It is responsible for the feasibility, design, tender, project management and site supervision of the new construction projects.
