We want to make sure your stay in Southend is a happy one which is why we promote only accommodation that has been inspected and given a quality rating or has applied to participate in the national quality assurance scheme and is awaiting inspection. Inspections are conducted by VisitBritain or the AA. If you do have a cause for complaint during your stay it is essential you make your dissatisfaction known to the management at the time. If you subsequently wish to bring your complaint to the attention of the quality assessor, please contact VisitBritain/Quality in Tourism AA.
