If you are finding it more difficult to cope at home, we might be able to help by providing equipment or support. For example; special equipment to help with tasks like dressing, making tea, or preparing meals, home adaptations, support services, Careline or Telecare services, meals-on-wheels or direct payments.

We can discuss your needs and how we may be able to help by arranging a social care assessment.

Southend has care homes for people over 65 and for people with learning disabilities.  Care is also available from independent providers.
