The Council is committed to improving the quality of its services, and one way we can do this is to listen and react when somebody makes a complaint.
Complaints, Comments & Compliments about Adult Social Care
Adult Social Care uses a statutory complaint process, which is different from that used for other Council services.
To make a comment or complaint, or to give a compliment, about social services, please contact Adult Social Care (01702 215008).
