National Census 2011
That's it......for now
The 2011 National Census has now closed and all field work has been completed.
The Office for National Statistics is now beginning to sort and analyse the returns from all 78,000 households in Southend. This information will then be cross-checked with the response for the rest of England and Wales and over the next 18 months the data, once validated, will begin to be made available to interested parties.
The individual responses however for 2011 will remain confidential until 2111.
This page will remain active until more information is known about how the data will be available.
