The cost of works to protect utility (gas, water, electricity, telecoms or drainage) apparatus, eg., provision of heavy duty covers will always be included in the quotation as will the cost of removal and replanting of street tree(s) (at an alternative location within the Borough) and the removal of shrubberies. Cost of removal/resisting lamp columns will be included in quotations for a second vehicular crossing or an extension to an existing crossing. If the quotation is for the initial vehicular crossing to the premises the cost of removal/reciting lamp columns will be borne by the Council.
