In the case of Council owned (rented) property you are required to contact your local Housing Manager to obtain written approval for the construction of a hardstanding. In the case of property purchased under the Right to Buy legislation you are required to obtain written consent from the Councils Housing Department. In either case processing an Application can only be undertaken when the written approval has been obtained, and a copy attached to your application.
