Answer:

If the requirements above are not complied with the construction of the crossing is likely to be delayed or cancelled so please ensure you make arrangements to comply with them. The customer shall inform the Council (telephone 01702 215657) when all the requirements have been met whereupon the construction work will be programmed. Failure to comply with the requirement by the expiry date of the quotation will result in the provision of a revised quotation which may result in an additional payment being required before the work can be carried out or, alternatively, you can cancel the request for a crossing whereby a refund of the payments made (less the cancellation fee which is £50.00, and the survey fee which is £50.00) will be made by the Council.
