Answer:

Is Telecare easy to install?

Telecare is often installed in sheltered, extra care and other supported housing, but can be easily fitted in any home. Usually, all that is needed are phone and electrical sockets that are close to each other. In the future, we hope that services will also be provided through mobile phones or Internet connections.

We will make arrangements with you, and anyone else involved with your care, about how you wish to use the service. For instance, where you would like to put the sensors, and who should be contacted if a sensor is triggered.
