Answer:

Sacks are delivered on a six monthly basis. Should you run out before your next delivery then Southend issue black sacks can be purchased from Cory Environmental (Central Cleansing Depot, Eastern Avenue ). Alternatively, black sacks can be purchased from a number of outlets including supermarkets and hardware stores.
