Answer:

Vegetarian pet bedding (e.g. hay, straw, sawdust) and droppings can be placed in your home compost bin. If you are unable to home compost it should be placed in the black refuse sack.

Litter or faeces from pets that eat meat (e.g. cats, dogs) cannot be composted and should be securely wrapped before placing in the black refuse sack.
