Q: Does Dial-a-Ride ever cancel?
Answer:
We try to keep cancellations to a minimum, but occasionally it can happen. You will be notified as soon as possible. If necessary, Dial-a-Ride will make special arrangements (at no additional cost to you) to ensure you are not stranded away from home.
If your journey is cancelled by Dial-a-Ride less than two hours before you were due to travel, we will give you priority to make another booking.
