Supporting the Partnership

The Partnership Team works with Chief Officers and senior management from across the partnership to facilitate and support partnership working across agencies.

The team has a wide and varied role in supporting the work of Southend Together and are responsible for a number of key functions, including:

• Leading on consultation and engagement
• Managing the performance of the partnership and facilitating regular performance review meetings
• Organising and facilitating the annual partnership conference
• Policy analysis and development to continue all the partnership to meet the changing government agenda's
• Administration of the Voluntary Sector grants process on behalf of the Council
