Meeting Rooms at Central Library
Meetings are vital to working life however, it isn't always easy to find somewhere to meet at the Civic Centre. The Central Library is only 5 minutes walk from the Civic Centre and has a number of meeting rooms that are probably just perfect for your meeting.
The Lecture Theatre
The Lecture Theatre has auditorium-style seating for 112 people. Films in addition to the usual projection (PowerPoint shows and slide shows) can be shown. Access is from the public area of the library and the room is suitable for all audiences.
The Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is a flexible space for up to 40 people seated or for 20 seated at a conference table. Usual projection facilities are also available. Access is from the public area of the library and the room is suitable for all audiences.
Catering
The EROS cafe on the ground floor of the library is delighted to provide all levels of catering. Please email Edwards & Ward for further information.
Parking
There is ample Pay & Display parking next to the library, which is 5 minutes walk from the Civic Centre.
Access
All rooms can be fitted with an induction loop. The Lecture Theatre and Meeting Room have level access from the street.
