• free adult cycle training - this can be arranged at the workplace or privately
• match funding - we will pay 50% of the cost of any cycle facilities you wish to install, for example secure cycle parking, showers, lockers or changing rooms

• contact details for you to liaise with public transport operators for discounted season tickets
• general help and advice about writing a Workplace Travel Plan, or developing a Sustainable Travel Action Plan.
