About Dial-a-Ride
Dial a ride provides transport for people who have difficulty using public transport. This service is offered for transport anywhere within the Southend Borough.
Who can use Dial a Ride?
To use Dial a ride you must:

Live within the Southend Borough

Have difficulty using public transport because of disability, age or infirmity

Be a member of Dial a Ride

If aged under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult
You may also be able to bring a friend, relative or carer at an additional reduced cost.
When can I use Dial a Ride?

If you also require transport to and/or from work at weekends please ask as we may be able to provide this too.
