Registration Service - Performance
As a service we are required to report to the General Register Office (GRO) annually on how we have performed against the National Standards set by GRO. The standards cover a variety of aspects of the service provided to you, our customer. If you would like to know how we are doing, please see the report sent to GRO under related downloads on the right hand side of this page.
