Under the act a Licensing Policy for Southend has been adopted, after consultation, by the Council. The document sets out how the Licensing Authority will implement the legislation in the Borough.
Although there is no legal duty for us to publish a register of licensed premises it is the intention of the Licensing Team to do so in due course, any enquiries should be made to the Licensing Administrator.
