Opening Hours, Ticket Prices and Pier Train Information
The Pier is suitable for all ages and both the walkway and pier trains have disabled access.
Should you require, wheelchairs can be hired from The visitor information centre by contacting them in advance.
The pier toilets are located at the pier head, inside the cultural centre.
Please note:The last entry onto the Pier is one hour before closing and opening hours are seasonal and subject to change annually

Pier Train Information
Pier Trains leave the shore end of the pier on the hour and half hour from opening until 1 hour before closing. The trains leave the Pier Head at a quarter to and a quarter past the hour until 15 mins before closing. This is a half hourly service.
At peak times a 2 train service is operated. Trains leave both ends at a quarter past, half past, a quarter to, and on the hour.

Please note: No dogs or pets are permitted on Southend Pier, except for assistance dogs.
