Markets in Southend
Our Town Centre hosts a traditional farmers and craft market offering traditional farming produce and crafted items, unique gifts, crafting trends and fashion designs. Farmers' Markets have proved to be the perfect way of re-establishng a direct relationship between producer and consumer. Their existence is helping to revive old craft traditions and small-scale production where commitment and direct accountability contribue significantly to the quality of the produce.
These market stalls give people the chance to buy local, freshly-cultivated goods and handcrafts including:
- Condiments and much more
Every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. Opens at 8.30am closing around 4pm.
The market is usually located outside the Natwest Bank on Southend High Street.
