Veolia will be contacting all non-Direct Debit garden waste service customers about their annual service renewal within the next few weeks. In the meantime all existing customers will continue to receive collections automatically.
Please be advised that we will no longer be issuing physical permits. Instead, Veolia will be using in-cab technology to list and collect from our customers meaning that a permit no longer needs to be affixed to your bin.
