Mental Health Services Available in Southend
SEPT (South Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust)SEPT work with a range of organisations to deliver mental health services to support people in their own homes and from a range of hospital and community-based premises.
Southend Community Mental Health TeamCommunity Mental Health Teams (CMHT’s) provide mental health care and treatment if you have more complex mental health needs. They can be contacted on 01702 456800.
Southend Child and Adolescent Mental Health TeamThe Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) provide outpatient assessments, support and treatment for emotional and behavioural difficulties in children up to the age of 16 and young people aged between 16 and 18. The service provides help to children and to the wider family. They can be contacted on 01702 538 290.
