If you can’t find what you are looking for on this website or in our Publication Scheme you might want to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act.

You have a general right of access to information held by the Council. You can find out more about this on the Information Commissioner’s website.

Under the Freedom of Information Act we have 20 working days to respond to your enquiry.

If we don’t have the information you ask for or decide that it is comes under an exemption from the Act, we will let you know.

Most information is provided free of charge but if not, we will let you know before we provide it.

The Freedom of Information Act gives you the right to access information, but it does not give you the right to make any further use of that information without permission. Some of the information we give you may be covered by our copyright, and some may be covered by other people's copyright. The information may only be used for your own personal purposes. 

If you copy, publish or re-use this information without express permission you will be breaching copyright. You are able to re-use information under the terms of the Open Goverment License for public sector information subject to conditions.

Information we may hold about you personally should be requested under Subject Access procedures.
