Adopted 1st March 1999 by Southend-on-Sea City Council; Plan Period 1986 to 2001.
Affects land at Fossetts Farm, Sutton Road, Southend (approximately 29 hectares).
Following a successful legal challenge to the Adopted Southend-on-Sea City Local Plan in September 1994, designations for land at Fossetts Farm, Sutton Road, Southend-on-Sea were quashed in the High Court. This decision necessitated the preparation of this Second Alteration to the City Local Plan.
