Black Refuse Sack Scheme - What do I need to do?
Residents are provided with a weekly collection on the same day as pink recycling and clear textile recycling sacks and the blue food waste bin. If you are not sure when your collection day is, please use the 'Where I Live' facility.
You need to place your sacks at the edge of your property by 7am on your scheduled collection day where they can be seen and are easily accessible from the road. Please ensure they do not block the public highway (pavement or road).
Missed Collection
If you think you were missed (your black refuse sack was correctly presented - please see the 'What you can do' section of the Waste Collection Commitment page) please let us know as soon as possible. You can report a missed collection using the online form on the right hand side of this page.
