Missed Collections (All Services)

We aim to provide a regular and reliable collection service at all times but if things should go wrong and your pink recycling or clear textile recycling or black refuse sacks or your blue food or garden waste bins have not been collected after being presented correctly by 7am on your scheduled collection day, please report it to us so it can be investigated. A missed collection can be reported online (see 'Online Forms' on the right hand side of this page).

When valid missed collection reports are received our contractor will endeavour to return and collect within two working days from the day of the report.

Help us to ensure your collection takes place by:

• Only putting your recycling, food waste, garden waste or refuse out on the day of your collection by 7am.
• Ensuring that your recycling, food waste, garden waste or refuse is clearly visible.
• Ensuring that your recycling, food waste, garden waste or refuse is accessible - presented on the inside edge of your property at the nearest point to the public highway. Please do not place it on the footpath or verge.
