Refuse - litter bins

Litter bins are located in positions that historically have had rubbish discarded on the public highway or where recurring problems have been recorded.

We have a policy of only installing litter bins where a clear case for their provision can be made.

Sites reported as needing a bin are monitored to see if a bin is necessary.
