Council Tenants and Residents Information

There are a number of different ways that residents can get involved in Southend's Council housing service which is managed by South Essex Homes.

South Essex Homes also provides The Tenant's Handbook. This guides you through the range of services provided by South Essex Homes on behalf of the Council, and explains your rights and responsibilities as a Council tenant.
