Time to share best practice at Southend Business Partnership briefing

The first Southend Business Partnership briefing of the year will take place on Thursday 22 March at the Park Inn Palace, Church Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2AL.
The briefing gives businesses in attendance the opportunity to listen to different speakers, offering professional and important information and views on current relevant subjects.
Speakers at this event will feature Mark Williams from Industrial Metal Services, the largest steel stockholders and processors in the South East and Tim Jones from the Lower Thames Crossing Team – a new ambitious road and tunnelling scheme –which will unlock opportunities and economic growth for the South East through new connections and better journeys.
Also speaking at the event will be Emma Cooney, Director of Regeneration and Business Development, who will provide an update on current Southend-on-Sea regeneration plans, including Better Queensway and the Seaway complex.
There will also be a marketplace of key business support partners who will be able to provide help and advice to local businesses. This will include Trading Standards, The BEST Business Growth Hub and many more.

The briefing will start promptly at 08.30am, with registration beginning from 07.30am, offering an opportunity to network before the briefing begins. The briefing will finish at 10.00am, offering a chance to further network through till 10.30am.
The Southend Business Partnership is an independent business association, with a network of over 1,500 professionals across Southend-on-Sea. The partnership brings together businesses from all sectors, size and backgrounds to share best practice, contacts, knowledge and news.
