Do you have EPIC tennis talent?

Essex Tennis and Garons Tennis Academy have announced they will be working in partnership to identify young mini-tennis talent in the Southend area.
The subsidised EPIC programme is designed to give young players aged 8 and under the opportunity to develop their potential within the game of tennis.
Essex talent coordinators and coaching staff based at Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre will be hosting a Talent ID day on Tuesday 5th October from 4pm to 5.30pm.
Coaches will assess your athletic and natural tennis skills and if they think you have talent you will be invited to be part of the prestigious "EPIC" squad which assembles later this month.
EPIC squads have been created across the country and have proved to be a great outlet for children who want to get started in tennis to develop all the right skills for enjoying and competing in the sport.
Councillor Derek Jarvis, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Executive Councillor for Culture, said: "You don't need tennis experience - just lots of energy! So if your child shows a keen interest in tennis, why not make a reservation?"
