Spring into shape with Aqua Aerobics

Ease yourself into exercise with fun and sociable Aqua Aerobics classes at Shoeburyness Leisure Centre.
These take place on Mondays from 8pm till 9pm and on Thursdays from 6pm till 7pm at the Leisure Centre in Delaware Road , Shoebury.
They are suitable for all adults of any swimming ability and cost £6.25 each, or can be included on a monthly membership package.
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Executive Councillor for Culture, Councillor Derek Jarvis, said: "These classes are an excellently enjoyable way to help people adopt a healthier lifestyle and get toned up as the weather improves."
