Aquazone Swimming Lessons Crash Courses in the Easter Holidays
These classes are for children and will help boost confidence as well as helping youngsters learn this basic life-saving skill.
The lessons are based on the ASA National Teaching Plan, developing confidence and water skills as well as stroke technique.
If you book and pay before 1st April for the 5-day course from Monday 11th April to Friday 15th April, it will cost £19. If you book and pay after 1st April, it will cost £19.50.
Meanwhile, if you book and pay before 1st April for the four-day course from Monday 21st April to Thursday 25th April, it will cost £15.20. If you book and pay after 1st April, it will cost £15.60.

Adult Swimming Lessons
A new 12-week course of adult swimming lessons starts on Thursday 31st March, to help develop fitness, health and confidence. The course is on Thursdays at 5pm and 5.30pm, and if you book for 12 weeks, you only pay for 11 weeks. There is an extra discount too, if you book the full course of 12 weeks before Friday 1st April. This will cost £57.20 instead of £62.40. If you book the 12 week course after Friday 1st April, it will cost £58.85 instead of £64.20.
Rookie Lifeguard course
This is for children aged eight and over who have a good swimming ability and are confident in deep water. The scheme includes Key Stage Two of Water Safety elements of the National Curriculum. The course at 10am daily from Monday 11th April till Friday 15th April, costs £19
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
This is for anyone over 16 who is physically fit, can swim to a good level, can reach the bottom of the deepest part of the pool, can work on their own and as part of a team, and is ready to take responsibility for the safety of others.
The 40-hour course costs £250 per candidate and runs from 8am till 5pm from Monday 11th April to Saturday 16th April. At the end of the course, participants will be independently assesses on knowledge of CPR, First Aid, hazards and risks, the role of a Lifeguard, water-based rescue work, fitness and teamwork abilities.
