Winners will be presented with plaques to be attached to the winning buildings, and certificates for the architects, developers and owners.

Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Executive Councillor for Planning, Councillor Jonathan Garston said: "This annual competition helps celebrate the best and most innovative developments in Southend.
"We are very keen indeed to receive as many entries as possible. The competition gives companies a major publicity boost, helps demonstrate their commitment to excellence and sustainability, and offers them additional networking opportunities, as well as the chance to further recognise the achievements of their staff."
