Get active on the pier

Fitness fans are invited to take part in a healthy walk along the pier followed by an aerobics and toning session and then a relaxing cuppa.
‘Active Pier Fit’ offers Southenders an opportunity to enjoy lively exercise and the choice to walk back along the pier or take the train.
Mixed adult sessions begin on Wednesday 26th February and are available weekly until 19th March. They last two hours from 12:30pm.
