If mayhem is a word you’d like to avoid for your child’s birthday party, then how about an option with less stress, and less mess.
Belfairs Swim Centre, Fairview Gardens, Off Eaton Road, Leigh, is now offering Children's pool parties in both their main and teaching pools, meaning fun and laughter for all ages.
It's a fantastic way for family and friends to get together and enjoy themselves, no matter how cold it may be outside.
Floats are available to help youngsters raise their confidence in the water, while those who book the main pool invite the option to use the inflatable aqua run!
Partygoers can get their competitive side blasting by racing each other, end to end, or just exploring the obstacles it has to offer.
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Executive Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Councillor Derek Jarvis said: "It's so great to know that these adventure filled party options are available."
"Swimming is a great form of cardio vascular exercise and pool parties help encourage an active lifestyle. Also, with qualified lifeguards on duty, you have the peace of mind that everyone will be safe."
An hour of fun in the main swimming pool is £102.50, and for the teaching pool, just £62.50. Both are bargain options, especially when it's keeping the chaos from your home.
Possible pool party times are: Saturdays from 4pm - 5pm and Sundays from 1pm - 2pm
