Dip into free swim sessions

Southend Swimming & Diving Centre and Belfairs Swim Centre are celebrating 2012 day with free swimming sessions on Tuesday 20th December.
These offers - part of the lead up to the London Olympic/Paralympics 2012 Games - are supported by Southend-on-Sea's Legacy 2012.
Customers will also be able to tour Southend Leisure and Tennis Centre's new 150 station fitness suite, have a look at all the amazing equipment on offer, have a free swim, then unwind and relax in Café Vita.
Southend-on-Sea Borough Council's Executive Councillor for Culture and Tourism, Councillor Derek Jarvis said: "To be hosting the Olympics next year is an extremely exciting and proud moment for us all.
"It's fantastic to have an opportunity to celebrate this, especially with a fun and free event like this that promotes the benefits of swimming."
A band rotation system will be in place during busier times throughout the day.
This will allow everyone to get some swim time without overcrowding the pools.
