About the licence
You must register with this Authority, as required under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, if you carry out any of the above mentioned skin piercing activities at your premises.
Registrations for skin piercing activities are a "one off" application and are NOT subject to any annual renewal or fees.
The registration is made out by the person making the application and is issued to the individual, and only valid, at the premises stated.
