Southend United Community and Educational Trust are offering 16 to 17 year olds the chance to take part in their NCS Project.
It is a programme of activities and challenges to support those taking part.
It helps them develop the skills and attitudes needed to become more engaged with their communities. They become more active and responsible citizens as they learn new skills.
The skills learnt such as leadership and team building are valuable to employers and places of further education.
It is also a chance to have fun and meet other young people in a safe space.
